The chamber choir Le Voci

The chamber choir Le Voci is an ambitious and nice mixed choir,  established in 1999. We sing a wide range of sacred and secular classical music, folk music and other genres, often in new and unusual arrangements.

Le Voci has 3-4 concerts a year, included our regular Christmas and spring concerts. We mainly sing à capella, but have also performed several major works with orchestra and soloists. Most recently: Brahms' "Ein deutsches Requiem", Rossini’s "La petite messe solenelle" and Palmeri's Missa Tango.

Our conductor, Jon Berg Eriksen, has studied choral conducting and song at the universities of Oslo and Agder. He conducts several choirs, teaches music at Oslo By Steinerskole and performs as a tenor in different settings.

Le Voci has choir rehearsals each Tuesday from 18.15 to 21.00 at OsloMet.

We welcome new songers, especially altos and tenors. If you are interested, please contact our chairman Hanne Paulsrud at kammerkoret.levoci@gmail.com.
